This is a picture of a commission I did for LexArts. It was a paid public arts commission. This bourbon barrel was based on Vincent Van Gogh's Starry Night painting. I wanted to show the Lexington Skyline and how it was a part of the past and the future of Lexington. It was installed at the corner of Vine and North Broadway for several months and purchased by the Don Jacobs Car Retailer at the auction in November 2013.
